Medium-sized, deciduous tree with spreading foliage which takes on a dome-like shape when full to grown. Its leaves, which range from bright to a darker shade of green, are from 30 to 40 cm in length. From July to September It produces small bunches with pink flowers, measuring between 7 and 15 cm in width. It prefers sunlight, fresh and damp soils.
